Digital Joint & Spine

Physical Therapy App for Android and iOS.

  • Evolved the app from an alpha design to a full redesign with basic accessibility and a less aggressive feel.
  • Incorporated a lighter feel, easier to read, and minor gamification to keep users more engaged.
  • Solo design project that is currently in beta testing

Provider Portal Upgrade

Revamp .NET to Modern Design

  • Updated design and features for more user visibility to alleviate many user pain points
  • Made a consistent brand / design system for the platform
  • Resulted in overall decrease of 17% of fax submissions & less call center calls
  • Designed AI document upload feature which cutback on 30% of extra support requests

Gorham’s Software Suite

Designed and led all aspects of a digital app suite utilizing a basic inventory data feed.

  • Created an inventory control app with the ability to create price tags, requests for items from the warehouse, and sync buyer’s purchases from vendor shows.
  • Used the same inventory to create a user facing item locator map for in app use and kiosks for customers
  • Created a consumer app to track specials and included low frequency beacons to send in-store location specific deals as push notifications to the app.
  • Winner of Bermuda Government Software Award
